Policy Framework
TUDSC prioritizes the safety of personnel, communities, clients, and visitors through trained teams, approved procedures, PPE, site controls, emergency readiness, and continuous hazard reporting.
Survey, clearance, EOD, BAC, AIMC, and EORE activities are managed through documented procedures, supervision, internal quality control, corrective action, and client reporting.
Operations are planned to minimize avoidable environmental harm, manage waste responsibly, protect water and soil, and restore worksites after clearance activities whenever practical.
Teams are expected to act respectfully with communities, avoid harm, protect vulnerable people, and report concerns through appropriate management channels.
TUDSC does not tolerate bribery, fraud, conflicts of interest, or misuse of company resources. Procurement, hiring, and project delivery should be transparent and documented.
Project, personnel, client, and community information is handled with care and shared only for legitimate operational, reporting, legal, or safety purposes.
